We have rescheduled that day to June 8th! All parents are welcome to come view the classes outlined below.

  • June 8 (Wed): 8:20-10:00

    • G5 - IPC & LifeTech

    • G7 - IMYC

  • June 8 (Wed): 10:00-11:40

    • G1B - IPC

    • G8 - LifeTech & Math

3: Student work Showcase

This week Grade 1 Maroon had many interesting learning experiences. They learned how to correctly use a hammer and screwdriver with Mr. Bates and Ms. Enma in the MakerSpace. It can be a challenge to use those tools effectively, but they did very well! During Mr. Brandon's LifeTech class, they learned the basics of a circuit and what kinds of materials are electrically conductive. In the video below, they learned that their own bodies can pass electrical signals using a tool called "Makey Makey"

4: Thank you to Parents

We would like to extend a special thank you to all of our parents who attended Tuesday's open school and parent workshops. We hope you found the information helpful in understanding how we assess the students and help them grow their skills. We look forward to many more productive and informative workshops with you next school year!!

We apologize for the lack of photos this week. With so many teachers absent it was difficult for us to be consistent in taking photos. We will have many to share next week!
