2: Oct 6th PTC and Parent Workshop
At Hope International School, we're dedicated to providing valuable opportunities for our parents to engage with our educational community. On October 6th, we have two exciting events planned that will help you gain valuable insights into your child's education.
1. Parent-Teacher Conference:
Our Parent-Teacher Conference is a valuable platform for open dialogue between parents and teachers. During these 15-minute sessions, you'll have the opportunity to discuss a variety of important topics based on your child's age and developmental stage. (Students are welcome to join!)
These discussions will include:
How your child has adjusted to the new school year
Personal academic growth and achievements
Your child's attitude towards learning and classroom participation
Independence in time management and organizational skills
Dynamics in relationships with classmates
Identification of your child's strengths and areas for improvement
Insights into our in-class assessment methods
An opportunity for you to ask questions, provide comments, and engage in collaborative discussions
2. Parent Workshop:
Our Parent Workshop is designed to equip you with valuable tools and knowledge to actively participate in and enhance your child's educational experience. During this session, we will cover the following topics:
Creating safe and nurturing relationships at school to foster a positive learning environment
Strategies for fostering independence in your child's academic and personal development
Insights into our school's safeguarding policies and practices
Behavior tracking techniques and their influence on your child's growth
Practical ways parents can support their child's learning at home
We look forward to seeing you there!
